What I do


My most important client is the one in front of me. Whoever you are, whatever your age, I will create a tailored programme which is creative and works for you – in the time you have available, working from your present level of ability towards your desired goal.

I want every person with whom I am privileged to work with to experience a functional body which overcomes chronic injury, improves physical performance, recovers from surgery, loses weight and moves through the day with greater ease and comfort.


How I do things


As a Personal Trainer and Movement Coach, my passion is to inspire and motivate people to achieve whatever active goals they may have. If you are looking for something with a more holistic approach to mind, body and movement with learning, support and accountability. Then 1:1 sessions with me are for you.

Change takes creativity and courage to make new possibilities, there is no one size fits all solution. However, there is one I can tailor to suit you.

Where I do things

I can facilitate one-to-one sessions, two-to-one sessions, and small group work in various locations depending on availability. Options are:

Your own home, if you're based locally

In a session outside, such as a local park
Total Therapy Studios, Denne Parade Horsham

Remote and online via zoom


All about me


I have a bespoke set of skills as a personal trainer and movement coach in a wide range of disciplines for both mind and body. From qualifications in advance personal training, to Pilates, pole fitness and kettlebells to a master practitioner in NLP. I can call on a broad range of tools to help people explore a variety of ways and different environments to get moving, using a holistic approach which takes into account the interconnection between movement, mind-set, health and wellbeing.

I am excited about movement. As a little girl I very rarely sat still. I would be moving, jumping, climbing trees and, most of all, dancing. Not much has changed! As I combined my imagination, creativity and play with movement, dancing or running around, I experience a sense of freedom and joy. I want everyone to experience this for themselves!

I also absolutely love learning and think ‘The body’ is amazing! So I am constantly challenging my own knowledge, perceptions and comfort zones. This I believe keeps me in a state of discovery in mind and body, walking the walk and constantly discovering my progressing potential and being the best version of Me. I've taken part in the number of events, two of which can be seen in the pictures. These include a trek in 2017 along the Great Wall of China for the NSPCC, and the Cotswold 100k Challenge in 2018.

This is why I am so passionate about helping people to realise their potential to enable them to live the life they want, as the best versions of themselves.
